Mischief MAKERS

They introduce themselves by

Humming childhood lullabies

In reverse

Lips, plot twists and savagery

whispers cursed

Crawling within like spiders emerging from chrysalis

Passing their omens along

Busy bodies an open industry

How they thrive it makes them alive with tasks

Masks a specter

Offering libations

Laced kaleidoscopes

Illusions of fun and delight

Their reflection slightly off one

As they ensnare you

If you encounter mischief makers

Life takers

Partaking in

Disrupting lives

With outright lies

Equipped with sharpened knives

Be sure to protect yourself

To recognize

and be smart to sever ties
