Hurry
Come hurry
Come
Against my brow
The instance I breathe and take in
And then, burst forth life through pain
Love, then in pastures
Come to play
A medley, a true tune
Played by me with Aesop’s violin
Hurry
Some hurry
Some
Little by little
The rain drops overflow
To flood the gardens
Filled with corn,
Filled with birth
That moans from Earth
To pass
To give life
To give death, rebirth
Hurry
Sun hurry
Sun
Quietly, silently, quietly
Growing from a distant line
To cover shadowed flaws
Hushed nights and removed bright stars
And rays that disguise the universe
For creatures like us
To feel invincible

Okay…okay…so this is another dope ass poem! I think this one should either be the last one in the poetry book…of it should be the entirety of the books back cover. This shit is so damn nice! Ugh…I wish I had your affinity for the language arts!!!
